2004 US Election Prediciton

Kerry will win with 3 - 4% more of the popular vote than Bush.
Why? Turnout will be up (I would estimate ~20% up on 2000).
It's a protest vote to get the incumbent out, like the '97 UK Election.
I could be wrong, but here's hoping I'm right...
